Prices

The prices shown are based on the rates in force at the time of booking. We reserve the right to add the price of any services you may have requested before the date of your stay.

They include:

Tourist tax
House cleaning
Water / hot water
Electricity
Air conditioning (in equipped accommodations)
WiFi (in equipped accommodations)
Linen and towels extra unless expressly mentioned in the accommodation description.

Payment

A deposit equal to 30% of the rental price is required on booking by secure link or bank transfer.

A second deposit of 30% of the rental price is required 60 days before arrival.

The balance of the rental is payable on the date of arrival in cash or by credit card.

Security deposit

A security deposit must be paid exclusively by credit card when the keys are handed over. The amount is indicated in the description of each accommodation. It will be released no later than 14 days after check-out, subject to verification of any damage.

Customer responsibility

The property is checked prior to your arrival. You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, caused by misuse of the property.

Any damage found on arrival must be reported within 24 hours, after which time you will be responsible for paying for repairs or replacing damaged items. They will first be deducted from the security deposit and invoiced in addition if the amount of the security deposit is insufficient

Maximum occupancy

The maximum number of people authorized is that indicated at the time of booking. The presence of additional people will result in the immediate suspension of the rental contract, with no refund of all or part of the sums paid.


Cancellations

Cancellation between the time of booking and 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay, less 3%
Cancellation less than 60 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total price of the stay
Any stay interrupted by the customer, for whatever reason, cannot give rise to a refund.

We advise you to take out travel insurance for your stay

Written exception: Any exception to the above conditions must be approved in writing in advance.
